John Griffin

Associate Director

John began his commercial career with Nestle later moving to SC Johnson Wax where, during his Sales Management incumbency of some 27 years, he held many senior Field Sales and Account Manager positions before becoming Sales Director for UK/Ireland. Also reporting into John at this time were the Customer Marketing and Customer Service Departments.

As a result of John sponsoring many European initiatives, the British Company was appointed the 'Centre for Excellence' for Europe and undertook 'lead country' status for strategy development. This resulted in his promotion to Sales Development Director for Northern Europe where John provided expertise and support for Scandinavia as well as the emerging CIS and Central European markets.

Since February 1997, John has worked for a number of leading international Management Consultancies, as Director of Consulting, and, over the course of the past ten or so years has worked extensively for many prestigious multinational companies across three continents (Europe/Asia/Africa) in both mature and developing markets. His Sales and Customer Marketing expertise has enabled John to lead or support a broad range of projects from trading terms strategy; best practice customer management; and sales capability training, through to organisation benchmarking and channel strategy development.

John is married with four grown up children and lives in Sussex.

Penny Clarke

Has significant experience in staff development. A qualified coach and an energetic and innovative consultant specializing in leadership, performance management, career coaching, personal
development and leadership training, as well as in acting as an internal consultant.

7 years experience as an independent management development consultant coaching senior managers and professional staff. Penny uses a range of coaching models and NLP skills to help individuals come to solutions, and using psychometrics and 360% feedback as appropriate.

Specialising in business and leadership coaching, in performance development, career development and in personal growth. As a member of the Association of Coaching I abide by their ethics, and I am part of a coaching supervision group.


 

Mike Blee

Mike has an MBA and is a well known management consultant with international experience that has been gained mainly in the leisure and entertainment industries. He has owned and managed his own company for a number of years and this ensures a very practical based approach to problem solving. Consultancy and management training has been carried out for both large and small corporate clients.

As a consultant he has advised many companies in the areas of strategic development and risk management. From 1995 until 2007 he has also worked in academia initially lecturing in the area of corporate strategy on Masters Programmes. With wide marketing experience this was followed by his gaining responsibility for international student recruitment for The Business School at Bournemouth University

Mike's international experience includes working in The Far East and the US.

He has practical case examples published in the leading UK strategy text 'Exploring Corporate Strategy - text & cases- Johnson, Scholes & Whittington publisher Prentice Hall 2005 & 2008 editions.

Her proven ability to influence at all levels and develop sound working relationships has enabled this very capable project manager to investigate, plan and deliver strategic company wide human resource initiatives driving real business results through the promotion and drive for added value through people.


 

David Gill

David Gill is an experience consultant having worked with many blue chip organisations. He is also an Associate Senior Lecturer in strategic management in a leading vocational business school. He has more than thirty years teaching and executive education experience. David held the role of MBA Programme Director for 5 years and teaches on undergraduate and post graduate programmes. He was previously Programme Leader for the part time MBA programme.
